I have been married going on eight years and have a upcoming entrepreneur in my son. Alicia became certified as an Executive Life/Mindset Coach, Business Consultant, & Investor. Her niche is offering simple strategies and easy-to-implement tools that shape new thinking patterns and behaviors to build a new foundation for her client’s life and  business.   

In 2022 Alicia sat on a board for a smart contract ecosystem. As a founder she help grow the community to 2,000 members before taking leave to focus on building her her business(es) through other strategic partnerships.  

2023 she became an Executive Coach/Sales Leader for Colonial Life & Accident Company. Her focus is to use her expertise to help create a better forward for America's workers to become financially literate and free. 

Joseph Garves entered the insurance industry in 2000. He grew up in a small town if far-northern California where he learned about hard work & family values! Although he can’t sing, play an instrument, or write a tune, he has called Nashville, Music City, his  home since 1999. Three grown daughters & 3 grandchildren keep him busy when he’s not serving small businesses and associations across the country.

 Shamus Germany came from humble beginnings. She was raised by a single parent in the city of Stone Mountain, GA before moving to Bossier City, LA in her early preteen years. Graduating from Airline High School in 1997, she decided to work her way up in management with several local franchise restaurants in the Shreveport/Bossier Metropolitan area before taking a leap of faith and opening a catering business, Jacomas Catering, for which she owned and operated for 10 years. Mrs. Germany also owned and operated a restaurant, Jacomas Bistro and Catering for 3 years catering for the City of Shreveport, FEMA, HUD, The Port Caddo-Bossier, The Wild Turkey Federation and celebrates such as Tamela and David Mann and Pastor Susie Owens. Shamus is married to the love of her life Andre Germany Sr and together they have reared two sons, Troshun Jackson and Andre Germany Jr. After three years of shattering goals, not only made by the companies for which she was employed but also shattering her own personal goals; she decided to take another leap of faith and opened The ASG Group Insurance Agency.   https://calendly.com/shamus-asggroupins
